Why do we need an agency to help with your job search?

As I have both agency recruiter and in-house HR experiences, so from the video, my opinions will be:

- Agency has their own connections so some openings you cannot see from the job boards

- Agency can provide insider information and help you to prepare for your interview

- Agency can provide follow-up services after your Interview

- If you are able to convince your agent, they will endorse you and explain to the employers why you are the best candidate so far

Agency role is crucial to the business because:

- Company will need help from an agency for their confidential search, headhunting and for Senior or Executive hire

- Company will need help from an agency to reach the market and introduce the company brand

- Company will need help from an agency for job posting, initial screening and first Interview to ensure the quality of candidates
