Usual Law of Corporate: When your reporting manager quits, you feel like you have got a new job!
Particularly if your new manager is really new & not an expert in your field...
And they try to know everything or micro-manage you!
They don't make decisions but asking for lots of reports, proposals & suggestions...
They will never agree with you and ask many questions.
Sometimes they might criticize without explanation.
They don't want you to do the old ways & be creative, but indeed, they are doing the same old ways.
They try to set the new standard and work culture which you don't like.
They refuse to get their hands dirty or even abuse the title.
They might take all the credits without appreciation!!
Some even spy on you via social media, etc...
All in all, they don't trust you, because you are hired by other managers.
What do you think? Who is with me?? 👇
In that case, you might need a new job...
