No perfect candidates exist.
No one will tick all of the boxes.
I believe during the Economic downturn you should have plenty of choices.
So don't let your vacancy open for so long, do give someone a chance!!
I can see some job postings have been there for a long time, again and again!
Hire the right attitude is far more important than the right skills.
Most of the technical skills are learnable and trainable.
Make a decision and hire someone who can contribute to you!
