Stop ghosting candidates.
It takes time to respond to job applicants. But it took them even longer to apply.
A little communication goes a long way.
If possible, email them and say: Sorry, you didn't get the job.
Better than NOTHING, and people waiting for your feedback.
Recruiters, you are POWERFUL than your Applicant Tracking System.
Treat Candidates (Job Applicants) like your Potential Customer.
