STOP asking for Junior Candidates to have at least 5 years of experience
STOP asking for degree educated candidates when you don't have one yourself
STOP asking for a CV but you are not intended to hire anyone
STOP asking candidates to "show their commitment" when you gave them 12-hour notice to interview.
STOP saying the most important thing is industry experience when your top performer came from an unrelated field
STOP saying you want diversity but hiring "mini-me" candidates & doing a single task
STOP saying it's all about values and culture when you rely on AI to screen resume for job keywords
STOP saying you have a great employer branding when your careers website only provide a few team photos
Instead? You should Hire For Attitude & provide training for your Employees!
