People get really mad at Recruiters for not telling them the exact salary of a role upfront. I get it.
It’s frustrating to go through an entire process and get an offer way less than what you would ever expect.
I believe ranges should be discussed before the process so the Recruiter and the candidate are not completely wasting their time.
But sometimes it is hard to determine - "how much does this role pay?”, not because we don’t like to be transparent...
At the end of the day, we are NOT the employer. We DON'T want to be a liar. We cannot guarantee that an employer will pay an exact amount... simply because we are not them.
Do you agree with this photo? Thoughts?
