People don't want to leave a job unless they can't tolerate it anymore.
If you don't respect and appreciate them... they will leave!
Loyalty is a two-way street...
You can't expect to earn your employee's loyalty if you keep treating them poorly.
Once people don't feel valued, they may leave in spite of the money or perks.
