My friend left a job she was happy because another company offered her a better title and 25% more increment in the salary!
But now she has to manage a poor team, more responsibility, longer hours, and more stress.
She did not perform well and may not be able to pass her probation.
There is a learning curve for a new joiner and to familiar with the actual working environment.
A higher salary and better job title doesn't necessarily guarantee you greater work satisfaction.
Your happiness is priceless.
