My biggest mistake on LinkedIn previously...

I would just read posts. I never engaged.

Result? I did NOT grow!

So you should engage as much as possible.

Engagement is so simple, for example - Like the post, Comment "Something", and then Connect with those who did like and also commented "Something" below! That's easy!

When you engage it gives people the opportunity to know you better. Which will lead to more connections, develops better relationships, and hence more opportunities.
