I was on a phone interview with a Company HR and she asked me: "Do you work under stress in a fast-paced place?" haha... I know these types of questions are only asked to complete the list, but I decided to answer: "No, I don't!!". So, the Interviewer stopped and asked me, "OK, but what place and process do you like to work in?"
I then provide a supplementary answer...
I can work under stress occasionally but this shouldn't be the main work environment.
I would like to work in a harmony, under encouragement, cooperation, appreciation, and understanding management.
This is how we will be more productive.
However I know my answer may affect my hiring process, but at least I was honest to myself.
After almost 20 years in the Market, I know myself, and I'm well defining my abilities.
Agree? Who is with me??
