Later found out she was organized, nice to work with, and quick to learn everything.

She was a full-time student who studied Education only.

She didn't have specific credentials but we enjoyed our first meeting and just fun to be around.

She has good interpersonal skills and an unparalleled work ethic as well.

Summary here: Job tasks can be learned.

BUT... you can't teach character and/or attitude.

Please GIVE Fresher a chance, they will become the next CEO!
