I felt depressed & totally a waste of time when I receive headhunter's LinkedIn message!

From time to time, you'll receive an invitation to apply for some jobs.

They always said they looked at your profile & think this role is suitable for you!

However, when you email your CV to them & they never reply back!

Just feel like you are being ghosted by the recruiters!

As you are not getting a reject message from them, obviously no response & no feedback at all.

Then why you have to tell me there is a job suitable for me?

Are you trying to get more CVs from people? Why?

The reason is simple, they are using LinkedIn "Recruiter" to send you those inMails, BUT...

In fact, they never looked at your profile, just send a Bulk message & hoping someone to reply.

When you reply with the CV, they will start screening & judging you!

If they think you are not suitable, they will not spend time with you.
