How I went from personally applying 300 jobs to help 450 people landed their ideal dream job?

In my younger day, personally I’ve applied & Interviewed for more than 300 jobs.

I changed from Marketing to Career Consultant, from Agency recruiter to In-house HR.

To be honest my CV is quite jumpy but the exposure/experience is quite unique.

I graduated with HR degree but I can’t find any HR-related roles and failed in Sales roles.

I have the longest and happiest tenure at Colgate to promote toothpaste to Dentists.

Due to management change, I started to realize it’s not a lifetime job.

I tried to find my ideal next roles by doing a Recruitment Consultant, but I changed jobs even more frequently.

I’ve learned Recruitment from different perspectives and believe that can change people's life.

During my 9 years of recruiting experience, I have helped more than 450 people landed their dream job.

And I'm also focusing on Employer Branding projects to help companies hire their best talents.
