Everything you ever wanted to know about Salary Negotiation
You are delighted when your HR calls you & proposes an offer to you. Hang On!
This is not the best offer they can or haven't stretch to the maximum yet.
I don't want to answer the 'Why' here! You can watch my Masterclass. Send me a DM & ask me how.
But I want to let you know, if you take that offer, you'll miss the chance to negotiate a better salary.
A company considers your offer with the below factors:
1 - Your job worth defined by budgets or job ranking or job grading
2 - Of course your Interview performance & hiring manager feedback
3 - Your background & how many years of relevant experience
4 - External market survey or data of the economy & their competitors
5 - Internal relativity where the existing staff working at the same/similar role
6 - Company Pay philosophy, e.g. 50th percentile is the most widely-used
7 - Based on some calculation on your current pay & expected salary
8 - Finally, how many candidates in the final round & your competition!
