Stop wasting your time with multiple Tests during Interviews!
Most of them are hypothetical questions and not reflecting the true job duties.
Also, once a candidate devoted their time for the Interview, please they deserve feedback.
Most of them are waiting for your call to plan for their next steps.
In addition, treat candidates as you would treat your staff.
They are your potential customers but not your FREE resources.
If you want the best talent, stop looking for perfection. It does not exist!
All the best employees grew and promoted from within, so you need to invest in training as well.
Focus on what value a person can bring and hiring for attitude!
