If you are OK to hire Fresh graduates, stop saying you are looking for 2-3 years of working experience in your job advertisement.
Give a chance to young people and hire for attitude. Your job should not have a pre-requisite for the entry-level position!
Young people are hard-working and caring about your company! What they want is to learn, grow, and develop themselves!
